I work at an office complex and recently, one of the units was being renovated and one of the pipes burst, flooding several units. The south Orlando unit responded to this huge undertaking. I watched how diligently they worked for weeks to restore these units. I was so impressed with the hard work of Victor, Manny, and Maria. They were thorough, organized, and did their work with amazing efficiency.

Chris from SERVPRO came out to evaluate our bathroom shower and see if it would be a candidate for toxic mold remediation. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but extremely honest and helpful. He gave us a lot of helpful tips and hints beyond what we called him out for. Linda (Manager) and Dan (Production Manager) were excellent to work with, very hard-working and trustworthy. They were both on the ball with returning calls, texts, and emails; giving estimates; explaining protocol and procedures; making realistic time estimates (e.g., no false promises) and keeping me and my family informed and taken care of at every step. Dan even went to the house prior to making an estimate to take photographs, and then he emailed them to me so I would have an idea of the extent of what needed to be done. On cleaning day, the crew arrived on time, stayed all day and did a fantastic job, cleaning and deodorizing, removing carpet and other items, and locking up. Dan was in touch with me afterwards to let me know how everything went and sent follow-up photos. I honestly could not recommend a company more highly, especially given the fact that I could not be present to oversee the job in person. This is an EXCELLENT company! I had an extensive amount of water damage in my jeep as a result of a broken sprinkler head. This jeep is very sentimental to me ~ my brother, a US Marine killed in Beirut had a jeep and I purchased this in his honor a few months ago. I called them in a panic, after business hours, and their service tech, AJ, meet me immediately at their office. He was the most professional, compassionate tech to assist me. They took care of my jeep and went as far as checking on it over the Easter weekend more than once. They know their stuff! Called SERVPRO regarding a stain on the kitchen ceiling.  I immediately received a call from Dan , the mold specialist.  Dan took the time to discuss the history of the stain, requested pictures and reviewed, and provided his own assumptions based on the visuals for the next steps.  Dan did not push, and provided excellent customer service.  Thanks Dan!
