Sewage Damage During a Hurricane

Sometimes when mother nature strikes with a hurricane, flooding is not the only thing that you need to worry about.  Unfortunately for this client with rising waters the sanitary station shut down and caused their house to flood with sewage from their toilets and bathtubs.  The sewage overflow from their toilet seeped into the hallway and living room under their hard wood floors. Even thought the wood floors needed to be removed through out, the adjuster would not approve the removal before he had the chance to assess them himself, so we removed the saturated wood flooring in front of the bathroom and cleaned the floors to the best of our ability until we could get approval to remove the rest of the flooring.
